One of the Palyul organizations is announcing that they will attempt a webcast from the ceremonies at Namdroling Monastery for Penor Rinpoche. This is scheduled for today.

They are apologizing in advance should this fail to happen as expected.
UPDATED: They are advising they will begin broadcasting at 8:00 AM IST April 9, 2009, which they reckon at 10:30 Eastern Time (7:30 PM Pacific Time), April 8, 2009, in the United States.
