Note: The Year of the Iron Tiger is winding to a close. Surprises are possible, but there will be no surprise from the elements, where the message is wet and cold, with the emphasis on wet. Any travel this week will require skill and patience. Many people will be preoccupied making plans for next Thursday's lunar New Year, but that is not necessarily a good thing. It is better to stay focused on what is in front of you this week, and let next week take care of itself. The main considerations this week are to relax, avoid strife, stop worrying, and meditate. By the way -- seems like a number of people really enjoyed our impromptu "Dudjom Rinpoche Week" last week, so we'll try to do more things like that in the future.

I enjoyed all the Dudjom Rinpoche stuff, more please.
ReplyDeleteIf you are taking requests, I'd like to see anything on Chod, particularly Surmang tradition.
Also more details on Mo using a Mala. I experimented with it yesterday and will be asking Lama Wangu when he comes back next week, but it's always good to have an online resources.
I second Karma Phuntsok.
ReplyDeleteTrying to understand tantra, I'm reading "The Lion's Roar" from Chogyam Trungpa.
Alexander Berzin's "Making Sense of Tantra" is more hard to me to grasp.
Any suggestion will be much appreciated.
