NOTE: We enter the eighth lunar month on Thursday. Maybe the ghosts of 9/11 are obscuring this week, or maybe something perfidious is in the works. Either way, this is not a good week for government, social stability, or the functions of state security. Political aggression is indicated all week long. Violence is definitely not out of the question. While it is possible that plots may be foiled, they may be only partially foiled. There can be problems with transportation, and a general dread, or expectation of trouble that weakens the spirit, and forces a change in plans. Last week, with its gunmen, volcano, earthquakes, and landslides, was no prize, but at least it was clear. This week is a bit murky. Plotters are in the shadows, and hostile acts are planned -- a contradiction, because secret deliberations are best avoided in a Bird month. My advice? Like the song says: "Accentuate the positive, and eliminate the negative."
