Chinese 16th, M-T-K 15th. Pig, Gin, Green 4. Lunar Eclipse. We've got some rock and roll energies to deal with -- local deities day, universal prayer day, and a lunar eclipse, which multiplies positive or negative actions 1,000 times. We also have Sojong today. We have an operative fire element today. Wow! What to do?

I would avoid traveling if at all possible. Don't disturb the earth element or work with paint or colors. Above all, make offerings to the local spirits, and here is a day when you can really afford to go all out because at least three factors are working in your favor. One of the very best ways I know to show your respect is to clean up places of stagnant energy. This is also the best day this month to make offerings to the nagas.

As painful as it may be, this is a good day to put everything aside, and go to your temple (or center). Around the house, I want to emphasize that this is one of the best days you will find to make peace with the local spirits.
