I recently read "Feeding Your Demons," which is like a Chod Lite practice for westerners--but even at that it's incredibly powerful--and it gives steps to intergate the approach you suggest into your daily experience--for dummies. It's changed everything for me, and it's something any level person, like me, can do. The stark reality of suffering is an insurgency the ego can never quell. Like any insurgency the more force you use the stronger the enemy gets. To win a warrior must change their doctrine.
