A bit of of "Looks Like Me" rupa and the ubiquitous Padma Jungne he publishes. Now I finally understand the power of the blessing back then. Now, seeing him as an ordinary person I understand the brutality of time. This was the date our Rinpoches, Khenchen Palden Sherab & Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoches picked for our wedding in our old shrine room at Pema Samye Ling. (The photo you have of them is wonderful.) All of our older PBC calendars are packed away in storage, so I have no way to look up the Tibetan date.
We hope to have a blessing, recommitment ceremony during Losar and would be grateful to have it on the corresponding Tibetan date from Feb. 21, 1999. Can you help?nazelethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00711794777364747269noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31865608.post-23069617366275204862011-02-13T20:56:59.980+08:002011-02-13T20:56:59.980+08:00Yes, particularly respect and love him for having...Yes, particularly respect and love him for having sponsored the only public toilet and bathhouse in all of Bodhgya...more are necessary but he made a start and I truly appreciate this gesture more than all the prayer wheels ,and copper plaques and countless volumes of kanjur and tanjur he has offered and is offering nowadays....if you know Bodhgaya you will understand.
He really is a totally wonderful Teacher and may he live long!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
